With more than a decade of experience in land use and entitlement management, Collin has specialized in navigating the intricate web of zoning laws, environmental regulations, and municipal approvals.

His approach is rooted in strategic planning, anticipating regulatory hurdles before they become costly delays. Throughout his career, Collin has successfully secured entitlements for commercial, mixed use, high-density residential developments as well as senior housing developments.

Collin is a critical liaison between the development team and City officials, transforming planning vision concepts into fully entitled assets. Collin is a Graduate of University of Connecticut in Business Administration.
