Sterling Oaks

Sterling Oaks is a prototypical 125-unit high-end Assisted Living Facility that offers “Age in Place” amenities to residents of all care levels. The project features two levels of Independent and assisted living in the main building, and a single-level Alzheimer’s Care Building. Both buildings feature lush, landscaped courtyards, walking paths, elegant dining rooms, bistros, and activity centers. The site also contains 6,000 SF of medical office space.
