The 8-story project included 105 luxury-view apartments located in downtown San Rafael, CA. The project is a redevelopment of an underutilized commercial property, and it includes 11 below-market rate apartments that will rent to very low-income tenants. The project features a ground floor lobby and residential lounge, second floor gym and work-from-home space, third floor outdoor podium courtyard and amenity space, as well as an eighth-floor roof-deck and amenity room. There are also 2 levels of above-ground parking, which can accommodate 112 vehicles. Groundbreaking is expected in 2026 with occupancy in 2028.
