The project is a redevelopment of an underutilized commercial property, and it includes 11 below-market rate units available to very low-income residents. The project features a ground floor lobby and residential lounge, second floor gym and work-from-home space, third floor outdoor podium courtyard and amenity space, as well as an eighth-floor roof-deck and amenity room. There are 2 levels of above-ground parking, which can accommodate 112 vehicles. Groundbreaking is expected in 2027 with occupancy in 2029.
