A 285-condominium unit high-rise residential tower designed by Heller Manus Architects. Its design stretches 35 stories and it is located in an urban mixed-use corridor. This prime location is in the SoMa neighborhood, near the Transbay Terminal, Financial District, and Union Square. Not only does it house residents, but it also contains street-level retail space. Monahan Pacific obtained all governmental approvals and sold the property in 2006.
