As one of the City’s best examples of turn-of-the-century brick warehouses, 123 Townsend underwent a full renovation to offer great, tech-ready offices. In the heart of San Francisco’s SoMa district, this six-story, block-wide warehouse provides 160,000 square feet of commercial space. A former coffee warehouse, this building renovation included a full seismic retrofit, new lobbies, new elevators, new wiring, ground floor retail space, and the careful restoration of the historic brick and wood timber features.
