EXECUTIVE TEAM Tom MonahanPresident, C.E.O. Tom Monahan has founded Monahan Pacific and has been its active manager since 1985. During his career in real estate investment and development, he has a successful track record of profitable, well-managed projects. Mr. Monahan is a graduate of the University of Colorado where he majored in Business and Architecture. Victor GonzalezDirector of Development As a development manager, Mr. Gonzalez has over 18 years experience managing all aspects of over 20 residential developments throughout the Bay Area. Responsibilities include obtaining entitlements, overseeing budgeting, cost control, Professional design teams, contracting, sales and marketing. Victor has been part of the Monahan Pacific team since 1996. Jeanne ZamanilloController Jeanne has been with Monahan Pacific for more than twenty years. With over 25 years in the real estate development and construction industry, Jeanne's extensive experience includes financial analysis and investment strategies on acquisitions of new developments, financing and cash management in relation to the development, construction and management of residential and commercial projects. Jeanne is a Marin County native and lives in Kentfield with her husband and two sons. Dana AlvaAccounting / Office Manager Dana has almost 15 years accounting experience in various industries including construction, resale and real estate. Dana oversees accounting for the construction and property management companies. Her responsibilities include accounts payables and receivables, budgets, bank relations and reconciliations, processing and administration of construction contracts and requirements. Dana also holds the position of Office Manager, which includes management of employees, processing payroll, human resources and employment management. She joined Monahan Pacific team in 2005. Cathy FerrariSenior Property Manager Cathy oversees the management of seven commercial and twenty-nine residential properties in excess of 300,000 square feet. Property locations range from Marin, San Francisco and Sonoma Counties. Cathy's responsibilities include operations, investor relations, leasing, tenant relations, and tenant improvements. Cathy earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and has been working with Monahan Pacific for 20 years. Bob BillinghamOwner's Rep. / Construction Consultant Bob has worked with Monahan Pacific as the Owner's Representative for more than 20 years to oversee the construction, sales and marketing of several projects. Bob's unique experience as an Olympic sailor has given him extensive logistics and operational talents. Bob is a graduate of Amherst College in Massachusetts and lives with his wife and daughter in Grass Valley, CA. Robin MillerProject Manager Robin's work experience includes Project Management on new home construction, major remodels, and tenant improvement for commercial and retail spaces. He works with Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and City Planning & Building Departments to help produce cohesive plans for new & existing projects. Robin is a Marin County native who graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor's degree from Chico State University. Robin has been part of the Monahan Pacific team since July 2005. Mindy CollinsAdministrative Assistant Mindy is the Administrative Assistant for Monahan Pacific. In addition to answering the phones and greeting our guests, she assists the Accounting and Property Management divisions of the company with many various tasks. Although most of Mindy's experience is in other fields prior to joining the company in 2007, her knowledge and assistance today is invaluable.
